#CURVE: showcase of timber construction
The #Curve project – located in the heart of the new Plaine Saint-Denis eco-district – is part of a mixed-use project with 24,000 sq m of office space and 250 sq m of retail space. Seamlessly integrated into the heart of one of the most dynamic economic hubs in the Greater Paris Region, #Curve is now one of the largest timber-framed office buildings in Europe: a low-carbon response to the problem of reducing carbon emissions from the office industry. Furthermore, #Curve is already committed to offering 40% lower energy consumption than the 2012 RT and is aiming for HQE Excellent, BREEAM and Effinergie certifications and accreditations.
V2/V3, The buildings of tomorrow
Located in ZAC des Docks in Saint-Ouen, in fast-growing office surroundings, and with a total area of 57,000 sq m, buildings #V2 and #V3 focus on the well-being and comfort of their users.
The site will include 7,300 sq m of green spaces, including several terraces, accessible to people with reduced mobility, as well as 5,000 sq m of landscaped roof tops, with a range of uses, including an urban vegetable garden and a running track. Delivery is scheduled for 2022, and the project is aiming in particular for HQE, Breeam, BiodiverCity and Well certifications.
