The Inspire Real Estate – Integrated Reporting website/application of BNP Paribas Real Estate (hereinafter the “Website” or the “Application”) is published by BNP Paribas Real Estate, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company) with a capital of €383,071,696, whose registered office is located at 50, Cours de l’île Seguin 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 692 012 180, whose VAT number is FR 66692012180 (hereinafter, the “Company”). The technical development and graphic design of the Site/Application are provided by the company MATERIALITY-Reporting, whose head office is located at 19, Chemin des Vignes 78990 Élancourt.

The Site/Application is hosted by the company OVH, whose head office is located at 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix, 33.(0)9.72.10.07.

The legal representative & publication director of the Site/Application is Thierry LAROUE-PONT, Chairman of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

This document (hereinafter the “General Conditions”) governs the conditions of access, use and operation of the Site/Application by any user (hereinafter the “User”).

In case of modification of the General Conditions, the Company will indicate on the Site/Application the date of the update of the General Conditions.

Article 1: Access / Availability of the site / application

The User acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access and use the Site/Application. It is reminded that the secrecy of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet network and that it is up to the User to take all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and technical environment (in particular your computers, software, network equipment and any material used to access or use the service and/or information).

Thus, the Company declines all responsibility in case of direct or indirect damage related to the use of documents or information appearing on the Site/Application. You are reminded that fraudulently accessing or remaining in a computer system, hindering or distorting the operation of such a system, or fraudulently introducing or modifying data in a computer system constitute offences subject to criminal penalties.

The Company will use its best efforts to maintain a reasonable level of operation and availability of the Site / Application.  The Company reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to limit access to and use of the Site/Application by the User in order to carry out maintenance operations or to make changes. The Company shall not be liable for any interruption of access due to such maintenance or updating operations. 

The Company cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or servers or any other event beyond reasonable control, which would prevent or degrade access to the Site / the Application.

The Company is not responsible for malfunctions attributable to Internet service providers or for content hosted by third parties in connection with the provision of the Site / Application.

Article 2: Intellectual Property

The Company’s trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, scripts and texts published on the Site/Application and the structure of the Site/Application itself are the property of the Company or are licensed to it by third parties. This content is protected by copyright, trademark law and other intellectual property rights or related rights held by the Company or its licensors, and may not be reproduced, used or represented without the express permission of the Company or its licensors, under penalty of legal action.

In particular, the User shall not modify, copy, reproduce, extract, download, broadcast, transmit, commercially exploit and/or distribute in any way whatsoever the content of the Site/Application or any of its elements without the prior written authorization of the Company on a case-by-case basis.

The User agrees not to infringe or attempt to infringe the Site/Application in any way and not to use any software or any form of computer program to access or make available any protected content, to make the Site/Application unavailable, to disassemble or decompile the Site/Application or any part thereof, or to reverse engineer any of the Site/Application, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Article 3 : Hypertext links

The hypertext links available on the Site/Application may lead to third-party sites not published by the Company. They are provided solely to facilitate the use of the resources available on the Internet. If the User uses these links, he/she leaves the Site/Application and agrees to use the third-party sites at his/her own risk or, as the case may be, in accordance with the conditions governing them.

The Company shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever for such hyperlinks.

Article 4: Personal data and cookies

4.1 Personal data

In order to allow the proper functioning of the Site/Application, the Company may collect personal data concerning the User and as such implements data processing for which the Company is responsible (for more information, click on the Company’s Data Protection Policy available at: https://data-privacy.realestate.bnpparibas).

4.2 Cookies

When browsing the Site/Application, cookies may be deposited on the User’s Equipment, subject to the choices the User has expressed and which the User may change at any time.

Article 5: Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with French law, excluding its rules of conflict of laws.

In the absence of amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution or non-execution of these General Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris.
